Role: Develop strategy and execute a training curriculum for a large systems implementation.  This role requires the consultant to operate in a fast-paced environment. 

You must have a good amount of project experience to understand the user profiles, technical product solution and create the end-user material for training.  The goal is to prepare end users for the systems and process knowledge to perform their jobs.

  • User Profiles
  • Training Plan
  • Course outlines
  • Instructor-led training materials
  • Online (eLearning) modules
  • Coaching outlines
  • Job Aids
  • Software/system simulations
  • Scenario-based learning cases
  • Train-the-trainer (T2T)


  • Excellent communication written and oral
  • Strong presentation skills
  • Technical Depth or ability to comprehend solution
  • Strong Training Development and Management skills

Location: NYC/Jersey City

Start Date: March 2018

*1099 or W2 will be considered.
